Our bar team is essential to creating memorable guest experiences, and the Barback plays a key support role ensuring smooth, efficient bar operations.ResponsibilitiesThe Barback assists bartenders by maintaining bar cleanliness, stocking supplies, and ensuring a well-organized and high-functioning bar environment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position perfect for individuals who enjoy teamwork, hospitality, and thrive behind the scenes.ย Bar Support & Operations
  • Refill and restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, napkins, ice, and other supplies throughout service.
  • Ensure bartenders have all materials needed for efficient and consistent service.
  • Prepare basic garnishes and assist with bar prep tasks at the start of shift.
  • Maintain clean and organized storage areas and assist with inventory procedures.
Cleanliness & Safety
  • Keep bar areas clean, including wiping surfaces, clearing glassware, emptying trash, and maintaining sanitary workspaces.
  • Clean and polish glassware throughout the shift; ensure restocked items meet quality standards.
