Mix, shape, and prepare dough and pastry products for baking and shipment to stores.

Operate bakery equipment including industrial mixers, dough lifters, and ovens.

Gather and prepare ingredients while maintaining product quality and consistency.

Follow recipes, production procedures, and food safety standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet production goals.

Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and follow company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking ForAbility to follow instructions, accept coaching, and learn new skills. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality products.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous baking, food production, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Current Food Handler Card required.

QualificationsPhysical RequirementsThis is an active position that requires: Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.

Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Repetitive hand and arm movements.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Ability to work in varying temperatures, including bakery heat, coolers, and freezers.

Full range of motion to safely perform production tasks and operate bakery equipment. Shifts and Hours Cake Production Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st Shift5:00 AM – 1:30 PM2nd Shift1:30 PM – 10:00 PM2:00 PM – 10:30 PM2:30 PM – 11:00 PMWeekend AvailabilitySaturday and Sunday shifts may be scheduled based on production needs.

Bread Production Schedule: Monday – Saturday 1st Shift5:00 AM – 1:30 PM6:30 AM – 3:00 PM2nd Shift1:30 PM – 10:00 PM2:30 PM – 11:00 PM3:00 PM – 11:30 PMWeekend AvailabilitySunday shifts may be scheduled based on production needs.

Additional RequirementsMust be available to work assigned shifts based on business needs.

Overtime may be required.

Weekend and holiday availability is required.
