About the Role
The Senior Cloud Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud network architectures. This position will play a key role in optimizing connectivity between on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms, and global enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cloud networking, automation, and security best practices, with proven experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud network solutions, including VPCs, subnets, routing, peering, and VPN connections.
  • Build and maintain hybrid connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments using Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, or similar technologies.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, load balancers, gateways, and network security groups.
  • Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability; troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates for network automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM.
  • Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to ensure compliance, encryption, and identity management standards.
  • Lead network-related projects for cloud migrations, multi-region deployments, and disaster recovery.
  • Establish and document best practices, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
