🚀 Hiring: Senior Network Engineer (W2 Only)

📍 Location: Texas (Onsite)
💼 Employment Type: W2 Only
🎯 Experience Required: 15+ Years

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, secure, and support enterprise-scale network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, routing & switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, data center networking, and cloud connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Manage enterprise firewalls including Palo Alto and Cisco Firepower.
  • Implement and support Cisco SD-WAN, VPNs, and network segmentation.
  • Configure and manage Cisco ACI Spine-Leaf architecture.
  • Monitor network performance and resolve complex connectivity issues.
  • Implement network security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards.
  • Support cloud connectivity with AWS and Azure networking services.
  • Perform network capacity planning, upgrades, and disaster recovery activities.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams on enterprise initiatives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
  • 15+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, and ISR platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, HSRP, VRRP, MPLS, and QoS.
  • Experience with Cisco SD-WAN deployment and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI (Spine-Leaf Architecture).
  • Strong experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco Firepower.
  • Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN).
  • Knowledge of Load Balancers (F5 BIG-IP preferred).
  • Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center, ThousandEyes, or PRTG.
  • Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, NAT, TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, and wireless networking.
  • Experience supporting AWS and Azure networking.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Cisco CCNP Enterprise (Required)
  • Cisco CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (Preferred)
  • Palo Alto PCNSE
  • AWS Advanced Networking Specialty (Preferred)
