Operating Room Registered Nurse

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3x12-hour shifts | Some weekends required | No on-call | No set or block scheduling

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting during night shift hours
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including potential reassignment to open shifts or floating to other units or care sites as operational needs dictate
  • Maintain safe, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to support perioperative patient care
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact eligibility
  • Operating Room (OR) experience required
  • Ability to work night shifts, including some weekends
  • Flexibility to be reassigned or floated based on operational needs; guaranteed hours are not provided
