Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this position, you will assist clients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and help improve their overall quality of life. Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, mobility, meal monitoring, and other client needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, respectful, and committed to providing quality care.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily living activities
Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
Provide personal and supportive care
Monitor food intake and assist with meals as needed
Monitor vital signs, when applicable
Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Schedule Requirement
Permanent weekend availability is required. Candidates must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a consistent basis in Decatur and nearby areas.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED preferred
Valid PCA or CNA certification/credentials, as applicable
First Aid and CPR certification
Basic computer skills
Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
