Autonomous Vehicle Safety Driver
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay: $29.00 Per Hour + Shift Bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

We are hiring Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support autonomous vehicle testing, safety operations, and vehicle readiness in real-world driving environments. This position is ideal for safety-focused drivers with strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to remain attentive for extended driving periods.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles in public road environments
• Drive 4-8 hours daily with a strong focus on safety and awareness
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections and preventative maintenance checks
• Conduct basic software and hardware operation tasks
• Support vehicle testing, logistics, and operational missions
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to engineering teams
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and performance metrics
• Help maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness
• Support movement and storage of vehicles and equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent driving history and safe driving habits
• Ability to drive for long periods while remaining attentive and professional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic technical troubleshooting and software operation skills
• Ability to follow procedures and work in fast-paced operational environments
• Clean background and driving record required

PAY & SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS

• Weekend Night Shifts: Up to +7% Total Bonus Pay
