Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30–$60 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat rate plus profit sharing
Earning Potential: $110,000–$130,000+ annually

You’ll work in a busy, production-focused shop servicing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles with modern diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
  • Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and complete vehicle repairs
  • Use modern diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns accurately
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and drivability issues
  • Service and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
  • Maintain quality and efficiency in a flat-rate environment

Qualifications

  • At least six years of professional automotive repair experience REQUIRED
  • Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Previous flat-rate production experience
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Experience servicing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic experience preferred
