Position Description
Lincoln Contracting & Equipment is seeking an experienced CAD layout draftsman who is familiar with creating detailed layouts of material handling applications for coal and/or sand/gravel applications. The candidate must be an experienced AutoCAD operator and have prior experience within the material handling industry. Autodesk Inventor experience is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Develop CAD layouts using AutoCAD software to support the 3D modeling process of material handling components, particularly belt conveyors and associated structures/equipment.

Position Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Experience in AutoCAD, Inventor, or Tekla software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with conveyor belt design (Belt Analyst software) would be considered a plus.
  • An associate's degree from a two-year college or university is desired but not required. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Other:
  • Must be available to work overtime as required.
  • Compensation would be based on experience.
