Their duties include assessing damage, removing dents, replacing parts, sanding, painting, and ensuring vehicles look as close to their original state as possible. Weekend shifts may involve working independently or as part of a smaller team, and technicians often need to be skilled in using a variety of tools and materials. They must also follow safety protocols and maintain high-quality standards in their work.
