Pay: $32-$35/hour | Part-Time

AZ Compass Prep School is seeking a motivated and professional Part-Time Certified Athletic Trainer to join our Sports Medicine Department and support our high-level student-athletes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide athletic training coverage for practices, games, and events.
  • Evaluate and manage athletic injuries.
  • Provide injury prevention, rehabilitation, taping, and treatment.
  • Assist with return-to-play progression and medical documentation.
  • Collaborate with coaches, strength & conditioning staff, physicians, and the Head Athletic Trainer.
  • Support athlete recovery, wellness, and sports performance initiatives.
  • Provide occasional evening, weekend, and team travel coverage as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Athletic Training from a CAATE-accredited program.
  • Current BOC certification.
  • Current Arizona Athletic Trainer license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Current Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
