Position Summary 


Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor/team lead, you will perform the final assembly of product. We are looking for a driven Assembler Electrical/Hydraulic II to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders. 


What You'll Do 

  • Fit, align, calibrate and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet close tolerances and strict inspection standards 
  • Interpret and work from drawings and specifications 
  • Test and inspect assembled units 
  • Monitor output  
  • Maintain product quality standards 
  • Continuous improvement, a customer first mindset and strict adherence to our quality processes 
  • Pull parts based on product needs 
  • Understand standard aspects of assembly 
  • Keep pace with production expectations  
  • Assist with training in new employees  
  • Work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.  
  • Additional duties as needed. 

Experience 

  • 1 - 3 years of experience  
  • Knowledge of metalworking industry, equipment, and processes. 
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.  

Physical Requirements 

  • Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time.  
  • Must be capable of working in inclement conditions to include extreme hot and cold temperatures.  
  • Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
