Assembly Worker – 1st & 2nd Shift

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | $19.00/hour

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:45 PM–10:15 PM | $21.00/hour

About the Opportunity

We are hiring Assembly Workers to join a growing electronics manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door in manufacturing, develop hands-on skills, and build a long-term career.

You don't need to come in knowing everything. We're looking for dependable, motivated people who are willing to learn, work well with others, and take pride in producing quality products.

You'll gain hands-on experience assembling a variety of electronic products, including keyboards, medical boards, and other electronic equipment.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble keyboards, medical boards, and other electronic products

  • Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment

  • Follow work instructions and daily production schedules

  • Clock into assigned jobs and meet production goals

  • Inspect products throughout the assembly process for quality

  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD)

  • Follow safety and quality procedures

  • Work alongside team members to maintain workflow and meet deadlines
