Pay Rate: $19.25/hour – Paid Weekly
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4 Days On / 3 Days Off
Shift Options:

  • 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

We are currently hiring 2nd Shift Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Plymouth, MN. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or continue a career in manufacturing.

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but NOT required. Candidates with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience using hand or power tools are encouraged to apply.

In this role, you will assemble products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining established quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques according to specifications.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
  • Inspect assembled parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred, but NOT required.
  • Experience using hand tools and/or power tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
