Why Work Here?
This opportunity offers a consistent schedule in a light industrial environment with structured shifts that support work-life balance, including every other full weekend off. You will work as part of a supportive production team where collaboration, reliability, and safety are highly valued. The rotating shift structure provides predictable patterns, and shift differentials recognize the commitment required for non-standard hours. This environment is well-suited for individuals who appreciate hands-on work, steady routines, and opportunities to contribute directly to the success of the operation.
Work Environment
This role operates entirely in a factory setting within a light industrial facility. The work takes place primarily on the production floor, where you will stand and walk for long periods and may need to move throughout the plant as tasks require. The environment is non-climate-controlled, so temperatures can vary significantly, and you may experience excessive heat, cold, or exposure to inclement weather conditions in certain areas. The facility is excessively noisy, and appropriate hearing protection and other safety equipment are provided and required. Multiple shifts are available, including day and night schedules. A and C shifts run from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, while B and D shifts run from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The shift schedule follows a rotating pattern of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off, which provides every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) off. The position includes a shift differential for applicable shifts. The dress code follows standard factory and safety guidelines, requiring appropriate work attire and personal protective equipment suitable for a light industrial environment.
