The work is typically performed over the phone, though it may also include live chat or email support. This job requires proficiency in Arabic, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible weekend hours. Many companies offer this role to ensure customers receive assistance outside of regular business days.

Effective time management, regular breaks, and leveraging team support are key strategies for managing these challenges. Many call centers also provide training and wellness resources to help agents thrive in this environment.
