Come be a part of our winning team. We are now looking for full-time Auto Glass Technician Apprentice for our southern market. The apprentice will primarily be around Mankato, Faribault, and Rochester. Our company is family owned and operated. We have been in business for over 30 years and take pride in providing excellent service to our customers.

Overview
  • Be paid to learn and apprentice the Abra way, through hands-on training
  • Observing and assisting in installing and repairing auto glass
  • Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including trouble-shooting and completing diagnostic testing
  • Providing additional services amp; products
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles, company-issued tools and chemicals utilized throughout the workday.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
We are looking for team members that meet the following qualifications:
  • A person who can deliver quality repair with a commitment to total detail in their work while training and thereafter.
  • Must maintain a valid state driver's license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
  • Must be dependable and able to work with a trainer and independently.
  • Ability to problem solve while working independently
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Show strong attention to detail
Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry
