Description
Designed as a hybrid role, the Lead Apprentice Installer position provides a developmental pathway for Lead Installers to become Journeyworker Electricians. By establishing and working within a robust crew, the Lead Apprentice Installer can periodically step back from standard solar installation activities to collaborate directly with the on-site Journeyworker Electrician, gaining critical hands-on electrical skills and experience. Throughout this training, the Lead Apprentice Installer retains full responsibility for directing the crew's activities. All Energy Solar believes this method effectively supports the Lead Apprentice in acquiring the competencies necessary to pass the Journeyworker Electrician licensing examination and independently perform electrical work for the crew once certified. This highly selective opportunity is typically offered as the company anticipates an imminent need for licensed electricians.
