Job description

 HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment such as boilers, chillers, pumps, generators, and air handling units
Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and facility infrastructure in good working condition
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls
Conduct regular inspections (lighting, generators, cooling systems, etc.) and resolve issues
Assist engineers and mechanics with complex repairs
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and organized work areas
Complete daily work logs and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Deliver excellent customer service and support guest satisfaction
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of general maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC
Vocational training or apprenticeship experience is a plus

Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
