Steve Basso Plumbing, Heating & A/C has been serving the Bridgeport, CT area for decades, and we're hiring experienced Apprentice HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team full-time! We've built a reputation for professional excellence, and we're looking for results-driven people who want to reach the next level.

APPRENTICE HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN PAY & BENEFITS:

In this apprenticeship, you'll work alongside a talented team, learn from our experienced members, and contribute to our impressive projects. When you join our heating and air conditioning team, you'll receive:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Coordinate with your service team to repair, maintain, and install heating and air conditioning systems
  • Clean and service residential and commercial equipment
  • Perform high-quality work and meet all timelines
  • Communicate with clients, answer questions, and provide professional customer service
  • Fully clean your work area and gather all tools and materials after every job
  • Gain hands-on experience in the trade and grow your career potential

APPRENTICE HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience performing residential HVAC installations
  • Eagerness to learn more and advance in the industry
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Completion of or current enrollment in a trade school program - preferred
