Are you driven, goal-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career in the insurance industry? Farmers Insurance District 41 is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Insurance Apprentice Program a hands-on development track that prepares you to become a successful agency owner .
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
What You'll Do
  • Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most
  • Educate individuals and families on Farmers' wide range of products
  • Generate new business through networking, lead follow-up, and marketing efforts
  • Deliver excellent service while meeting compliance and industry standards
