Description
$10k SIGN ON BONUS for CT HVAC license of type: S1, S2, S10, and P2. Check out benefits listed at the end!
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Install geothermal, hydronic, radiant heating systems, hot water heaters, gas piping
  • Set up boilers, hot water heaters, and gas piping.
  • Troubleshoot.
  • Work with copper, PEX, iron, and other materials.
  • Use tools like soldering, ProPress, and fusion welding.
  • Read blueprints and create materials lists.
  • Balance water systems and check for issues.
  • Ensure work meets building codes.
  • Help with project updates and work orders.
  • Support the project team and report any issues.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of normal safety practices pertaining to the trade.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, flexible and team player
  • Good communication skills; written and verbal
  • Positive attitude with good organizational skills. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Minimum 10 years of experience

Eligibility Requirements
  • Valid drivers license.
  • OSHA 10 or 30
  • S or P license CT trade license
  • Employment/education will be verified.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Physical Requirements
  • Able to work in a variety of extreme weather, hot and cold conditions.
  • Able to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces.

  • Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach.
  • Able to walk on uneven surfaces.
  • Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights.
