ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Active, a physical role that includes operating an electric pallet jack
- Organizing and palletizing products to build customer orders
- Warp pallet after palletizing products
- Keep the location areas and staging areas organized
- Organize pallets and other support materials in a safe manner
- Communicate warehouse concerns and safety issues to the warehouse manager
- Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures
- Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
- Other duties as assigned by management
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Ability to safely operate an electric pallet jack
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Drug Screening will be REQUIRED
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The employee is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 75lbs
- Repetitive hand use is required, including pushing and pulling up to 50lbs, reaching above shoulder
- Frequent bending and squatting are required
- The ability to endure physically demanding shifts and repetitive tasks is crucial
- Successfully passing the Human Performance Evaluation on Lift, Lift-Carry, Push-Pull and Repetitive Posture.
- Must be able to work night shift schedule
EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse experience
WORK CONDITIONS:
