Job Description

Responsible for receiving, storing and shipping of all goods and related supplies used by the specific departments.  Responsible for the warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving all food and beverage to warehouse.
  • Responsible for shipping, stocking, and rotation of food product to the venues.
  • Maintains facility in a clean and organized manner at all times.  Stores product according to established standards.  Assists in responsibility for the control of all inventories within the warehouse.
  • Maintains all vehicles in working order.
  • Participates in the development of employee, training programs and the monitoring of results of training. 
  • Support the creation of a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Assist with performance development including administering discipline, resolving employee relation's issues and conducting individual and team meetings. 
  • Provides input for the development policies and procedures to assure efficient operation of designated areas.  Responsible for employee schedules, payroll and counseling.
  • Assists with the purchase of required supplies/equipment within approved budget
  • Participate in the development operating budgets and the monitoring of adherence
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite. This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Qualifications

Qualifications:

3-5 years in warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory control experience required with 3-5 years supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and nights as required
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking/traveling to multiple venues throughout the day
Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols in select work settings or where jurisdictionally mandated.
Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.

Excellent written and oral English communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Bachelor's Degree preferred
