What Makes Us Different
This is not a high-volume, burnout-style practice. Our doctors see 12-15 patients per day, allowing time to connect, think, and practice high-quality medicine the way it should be practiced.
Our appointments are intentionally longer:
  • Wellness: 30-45 minutes
  • Sick visits: 45 minutes

Because great medicine takes time-and we protect that.
A Team That Has Your Back
You won't be doing this alone.
  • 1 full-time DVM + 2 part-time + 2 relief doctors
  • 2 credentialed technicians + 4 veterinary assistants (+1 highly trained "bonus" assistant)
  • Strong 1-2 techs per doctor ratio (and 2 dedicated to surgery)

Our support staff is highly skilled and empowered-they handle diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, and technical workflows so you can focus on what you love: practicing medicine.
A Space Designed for Great Medicine
  • 5 exam rooms
  • Dedicated surgical suite
  • Dedicated dental suite
  • Advanced tools including:

Practice Your Way
We're a small animal clinic (dogs, cats, and the occasional pocket pet), with a case mix that keeps things interesting and rewarding.
Opportunities to explore and grow in areas like:
  • Dentistry
  • Soft tissue surgery & advanced procedures
  • External fixation & exploratory surgery
  • Dermatology
  • Chiropractic care & alternative therapies

Have a special interest? We're all ears-and we'll support you in developing it.
Work-Life Balance Is Real Here
  • No on-call
  • Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (early close Fridays!)
  • A schedule that respects your life outside the clinic

Rooted in Community
We're proud to do more than just care for pets-we care for our community. Through initiatives like our work with stray and adoptable animals, we help give second chances and support the human-animal bond in a meaningful way.
Compensation & Perks
  • Salary: $115,000 - $145,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000
  • Additional benefits tailored to support your personal and professional goals

Who We're Looking For
  • A DVM who values connection, collaboration, and quality care
  • Someone who wants to grow, contribute, and feel part of a team
  • All experience levels welcome-new grads included

Let's Build Something Meaningful Together
If you're ready to practice in a place where medicine is respected, your team lifts you up, and your work truly matters-we'd love to meet you.
