JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. This role ensures accurate inventory management, maintains a safe and organized workspace, and contributes to efficient product flow to meet customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damage
  • Accurately unload and store products in designated warehouse locations
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (as certified)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates and cycle counts
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness of warehouse areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe work environment
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and ensuring shipments are properly secured
  • Transport merchandise by operating a company vehicle to job sites, vendors, and other designated locations as needed
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus
  • Experience operating a cube truck or similar delivery vehicle is a plus
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training may be provided)
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 75 lbs (or more, depending on role)
  • Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
  • Ability to work in various warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.)
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced warehouse setting
  • May include early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday shifts

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
