Job description

Express Auto Service is seeking a Master Automotive Technician to support advanced diagnostics and complex repair work at our Fredericksburg location.

This is a senior-level technician role focused on solving difficult drivability concerns, electrical issues, and complex mechanical problems that require advanced diagnostic skill and experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair advanced mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
  • Handle complex drivability and performance concerns
  • Lead high-level diagnostic workflows and repair planning
  • Support technical accuracy across the shop when needed
  • Ensure high-quality, efficient repair execution

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of advanced automotive technician experience
