$25/hr, paid weekly | Full-Time & Part-Time | 3-4 Day FT Workweek

*This is a seasonal position running from Sept. 29 – Jan. 2, with opportunity to transfer to permanent role in Norwood in January*

What You'll Do

  • Deliver packages safely and on time using a Company vehicle
  • Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle safety inspections
  • Follow all local and state driving laws and Company safety policies
  • Provide great customer service, even during a busy or stressful route
  • Load and unload packages, and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout your shift
  • Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, clocking in/out, and staying in touch with dispatch
  • Work in all weather conditions and get in and out of the van frequently at each stop
  • Pitch in on rescue routes when teammates need backup

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, independent, and detail-oriented — you show up and get it done
  • Comfortable problem-solving on the fly in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who communicates clearly and takes feedback well
  • Physically able to handle an active, on-your-feet job
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Commercial, DOT, or CDL driving experience is a plus but not required

Schedule

  • Shifts are 9-10 hours with start times between 11am-12:30pm (subject to confirmation)
  • Full-time: 3-4 days/week | Part-time: 1-2 days/week
  • Available 7 days a week

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
  • Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
  • Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
