About the Job:

We're hiring experienced Hybrid Driver/Dispatchers to join our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team in Simi Valley, CA. Youll work a combination of delivery shifts and dispatch shifts, serving as the main point of contact for delivery drivers. Are you ready to be a part of a fast-moving, high-performance team? Paid training is provided.

Your Responsibilities:

- Safely operate the delivery vehicle and assist the team with delivering packages

- Serve as the main point of contact for delivery drivers

- Problem solve routing and/or delivery issues

- Coordinate with management regarding driver scheduling and performance

- Ensure all routes are dispatched on time during opening shifts

- Ensure all routes are completed in a timely manner on closing shifts


Basic Requirements:

- 21+ years old

- Valid U.S. drivers license (no CDL required)

- Able to start immediately

- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test

- Comfortable working weekends

- Amazon DSP delivery experience

- Understanding of the Amazon Flex app

- Able to quickly problem solve

- Knowledge of google sheets


Work Schedule:

Shift length: ~8 hours
