Regional Freight Setup
Drivers operate across established regional lanes hauling no-touch dry van freight. Familiar route coverage and dependable freight demand help maintain productive weekly miles while reducing unnecessary changes in the daily workload.

Driver Equipment
Drive a brand-new Freightliner equipped with an APU, inverter, refrigerator, and mounts for a television and microwave. This setup provides the practical features CDL-A truck drivers need for comfort and convenience during extended regional trips.

Paid Orientation
Paid orientation includes transportation and hotel accommodations. After orientation, drivers are assigned a truck and routed home to collect their belongings before beginning their first dispatch.

Driver Qualifications
Applicants must have at least 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months or 12 months of experience within the last 3 years. Dry van or temperature-controlled experience is preferred. Flatbed, tanker, and oil field experience will also be considered.
