Job Overview
Experienced Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving/Packer that can perform a variety of roles in their area while also coordinating and supporting their team. Cross-trained in a minimum of four department positions.
Key Responsibilities
Mastery of all warehouse equipment and technology, including advanced automated systems. Expertise in warehouse management and logistics, including optimizing processes for efficiency. Give input to performance evaluations of others on the team. Ability to lead and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Supports the supervisor with scheduling and work assignments. Conducts shift start-up meetings and review daily metrics with the team. Report outs at team and plant meetings as needed. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and process improvement. Must be cross-trained and able to support all Warehouse I, II, III, IV, roles.
Hours: M-F 10p - 6a
Pay: $25.50 plus $2.00 Shift Premium

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience
    • 5-7 years previous warehouse, shipping, distribution, or receiving experience.
