Position Summary
The chosen candidate will assist the Athletic Training Staff in daily duties both on and off campus. The chosen candidate will not provide any form of medical care to any student-athletes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The chosen candidate will assist the Athletic Training Staff in the following:
- Cleaning treatment tables.
- Cleaning rehabilitation spaces.
- Cleaning coolers; cleaning water bottles.
- Cleaning rehabilitation equipment.
- Helping student athletes sign-in for treatments.
- Taking inventory of supplies.
- Organizing supplies.
- Filing paperwork.
- Making copies.
- Carrying equipment.
Education, Certifications and/or Licenses
Experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Basic knowledge of filing is helpful
Knowledge of the human anatomy and movement.
Ability to think critically.
Ability to be thorough and detailed in tracking athletes and their care.
Ability to communicate.
Must have the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks.
Ability to be discrete in handling confidential matters while complying with privacy regulations, e.g. FERPA, HIPPA etc.
Ability to adhere to and support University & departmental policies and procedures.
Ability to carry up to 80lbs
Ability to work in different weather conditions, extreme heat or cold.
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in the afternoon, nights, and weekends as per course schedule allows.
Ability to work in loud environments.
Basic knowledge of filing is helpful
