  • Procedural mix includes advanced glaucoma care, MIGS, complex cataracts, and tertiary referrals
  • Blocked OR time available; typical surgical volume runs 6-8 cases/week with strong cataract throughput
Schedule
  • Three clinic days per week; office hours typically Mon-Thu 8:00a-5:00p and Fri 8:00a-4:00p
  • Average clinic volume of 30-40 patients/day with dedicated tech support and diagnostics
  • Two days a week in surgery, performing 30-40 cases of cataract and glaucoma per week.
  • No ER call; minimal trauma call responsibilities

  • Potential sign-on bonus up to $50,000 and relocation assistance (both negotiable)
  • Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), disability/life insurance, malpractice coverage, 20 days PTO, and CME time/allowance (tail coverage is the physician's responsibility upon departure)
Candidate Requirements
  • MD/DO with fellowship training in Glaucoma (required)
