They serve as guides and facilitators to enhance the overall airport experience, especially for those who might require extra help. Weekend Airport Escorts often work for airport services companies or directly for airlines, and their role is especially important during busy travel periods.

  • Effectively communicate goals, opportunities, and challenges to company leadership
  • Adjust daily schedules for shift personnel to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency via ADP
  • Maintain company vehicles and property to standards
  • Represent the Landline brand and model our safety-first principles
  • Resolve escalated passenger and operational issues
  • All other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5 years of management experience in an operationally intensive, shift-based business
  • Previous commercial aviation or ground transportation experience, preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Ability to carry out safety-sensitive Ground Security Coordinator functions when needed
  • Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety procedures in a high-traffic ramp environment

  • Availability for shifts starting around 5:00 AM, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs

This is a Safety-Sensitive Position subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA guidelines:

  • Applicants must complete a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check and/or fingerprinting to comply with company security requirements
  • Applicants must successfully complete FAA criminal background checks to qualify for access privileges to the airport Security Identification Display Area (SIDA)

Shift:
This operation runs 7 days a week, including holidays, with shifts starting around 4:00 AM until around 9:00 PM.
