The Account Director provides strategic leadership in developing and leading strategic and tactical interactive marketing plans to clients. This is not a traditional account management role - it is a client excellence role that owns the quality, consistency, and impact of every client interaction and deliverable. You will serve as the primary client relationship owner for day-to-day engagement, ensuring exceptional communication, proactive problem-solving, and seamless delivery of platform value. 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required   

• Approx. 8+ years of related experience: client service, agency, and pharmaceutical experience required   

• Expertise in digital, media and technology marketing and advertising   

• Proven results with managing creative concept to delivery   

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills (guiding a large team and multiple clients); Responsible for account staff team development   

• Demonstrated track record of business development results from strong client relations   

• Proven ability to manage teams of people in cross functional roles across the organization  

• Strategic skill and strong business acumen   

• Proven negotiation skills   

• Creative thinker with analytical skills   

• Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions internally with EVERSANA INTOUCH and externally with clients and agency partners   

• Strong and applied understanding of digital development and processes   

• Demonstrated problem solving skills   

• Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills   

• Excellent interpersonal skills   

• Some travel may be required
