  • Locate alternate aircraft or contract lift when scheduling conflicts or maintenance issues occur.
  • Monitor department aircraft while in flight, including availability during off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support schedule changes or irregular operations.
  • Maintain accurate flight records, including passenger manifests, hours flown, and business purpose, and prepare summary reports for the Federal Aviation Administration and company records.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration regulations, industry best practices, and department Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Arrange all trip logistics, including fixed-base operator services, fuel, ground transportation, and catering for crew and passengers.
  • Coordinate international trip requirements, including overflight and landing permits, visas, customs, and security, working with outside vendors as needed.
  • Support the Director of Aviation with vendor management, invoice reconciliation, and other budget-related administrative tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the aviation department as needed.
  • Lead by example with honesty, integrity, and strong ethical standards in everything you do.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing options when business needs change.
