Dependable Health Services is searching for a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in South Tucson. In this rewarding role, you'll create and implement personalized care plans that support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch care with the goal of ensuring the best outcomes for each patient.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home health assessments and create customized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care based on physician orders
  • Educate patients and families on strategies for wellness and independence
  • Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Oversee and document the work of LPNs and HHAs
  • Attend interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current RN license in good standing in Arizona
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience (home health, hospice, or critical care preferred but not required)
  • Ambassador program for New Grads!
  • CPR certification and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
