• Stewarding client relationships to ensure their business and mediaobjectivessit at the center of our engagement

• Providing strategic leadership across large or multifaceted accounts, ensuring cohesive planning, clarity of direction, and alignment with broader client growth opportunities.

• Overseeing andmaintainingeffective collaboration between internal stakeholders for the development and presentation of strategic media plans

• Deliveringhigh levelsof client satisfaction to ensure client retention and growth

• Leading by example, supporting Basis’valuesand positively contributing to the culture

• Overseeing client campaigns and daily requests byidentifying, evaluating,brainstormingand recommending new media solutions alongside the team

• Contributing to pre-sale support and new business pitches with sales counterparts and other Media Services teams

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Min of 8 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, including site direct and programmatic or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, etc.

• Experience in Pharma marketing isrequired, both client leadership experience and experience with media buying within the vertical.

• Holistic understanding of the digital media landscape including search, social, and programmatic

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Curiosity and passion for advertising

• Strategic thinking and proactive client servicing skills

• Strong issue resolution and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skill set

• Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful environments where all voices are valued and supported.

• Thoughtful approach to collaboration, design, and decision-making that prioritizes equity, access, and continuous learning.

• Pharma experience preferred

• Prior experience at a SaaS organization

• Hands on DSP buying experience

• Experience working with a 3rd party ad server

• Experience in digital reporting dashboards such as Datorama

• Experience in search and social media

$97,670 - $125,000 a year
