Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing residential remodeling and construction company.

The primary responsibility of this role is to work with pre-qualified appointments, conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, prepare detailed proposals and estimates, and close contracts for residential construction and renovation projects.

Our company specializes in full home remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, ADU construction, new residential builds, windows, and doors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in full residential remodeling
  • Experience in kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, ADU construction, new builds, windows, and doors
  • Required: Active HIC License. Preferred Active California Contractor License (Class B or B-2)
  • Ability to prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proven experience conducting in-home client meetings and site visits
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Valid California driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong computer skills and CRM experience
  • Highly self-motivated, responsible, and results-driven
  • Willingness to work in both office and field environments

Work Format

  • Full-time position contract
  • Flexible schedule, weekends as needed

  • Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana
  • Calabasas, Woodland Hills
  • Pasadena, Glendale

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads and scheduled appointments
  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
  • Evaluate project scope and client needs
  • Prepare detailed estimates and proposals
  • Present company services and solutions
  • Guide clients through the decision-making process
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Coordinate project handoff to production team after contract signing

Compensation Structure

  • Commission: 5% of collected payments on signed contracts
