We’re looking to add a Senior Accountant to our Finance & Accounting team. The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the Finance & Accounting function across general accounting, month-end close, treasury, cash management, banking, reconciliations, and foreign entity accounting. This role will support the Accounting Manager and the broader accounting team by helping ensure transactions are recorded accurately, accounts are reconciled in a timely manner, and accounting records are maintained with appropriate documentation. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, ownership of recurring deadlines, and the ability to work across U.S. and foreign entities while identifying issues and following through to resolution.

What You’ll Do

The Senior Accountant is accountable to the Corporate Controller andsupportsthe broader Finance & Accounting team. In addition, this role will:

General Accounting & Month-End Close
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, including accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets
  • Support month-end close by completing assigned reconciliations and maintaining supporting documentation
  • Review general ledger activity, investigate variances, and coordinate corrections
  • Assist with audits, management reporting, and process documentation
  • Support accounting for foreign entities, including foreign currency, intercompany transactions, and coordination with external advisors
Treasury, Cash Management & Banking
  • Monitor bank activity, cash balances, and funding needs; coordinate transfers and wire payments
  • Record daily cash transactions, including receipts, disbursements, and transfers
  • Prepare weekly cash forecasts and support cash visibility across entities
  • Complete bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items with internal teams and banking partners
Accounting Operations & Cross-Functional Support
  • Support vendor, customer, intercompany, and project accounting to ensure accurate transaction coding
  • Coordinate administrative compliance activities with external service providers
  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, system enhancements, and cross-functional Finance initiatives
What You’ll Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, or related field preferred
  • Accounting experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and general ledger review
  • Experience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, foreign currency, treasury, cash management, or AP preferred
  • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system preferred
  • Administrative compliance experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including process documentation and stakeholder communication
