Locations: Henderson & Southern Las Vegas Area
Absolute Dental is growing, and we're excited to expand our specialty teams! We're looking for dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Dental Assistants who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care across multiple specialties.

Compensation Note
Pay will be determined based on experience, specialty assignment, certifications, and overall qualifications. Final compensation will be discussed after the interview and review process.
Open Specialty Roles
Pediatric Dental Assistant
Entry level OK but, must have some Dental experience for this role.
$18-$19/hour (depending on role & experience)
Help create a fun, positive, and comfortable experience for children while supporting doctors during pediatric procedures in a kid-friendly environment.
This role requires travel between offices - reliable transportation is required.
Flexible Scheduling Options Available

We are actively hiring Weekend Pediatric Dental Assistants and would love to connect with candidates interested in consistent weekend hours!
Hygiene Assistant
Starting at $16+/hour (DOE - Depending on Experience)
Support hygienists with room setup, sterilization, patient care, and scheduling to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply - we're happy to train the right person!
Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Orthodontic experience is required for this role.
Starting at $18+/hour (depending on experience)
Assist with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures while helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
This position requires travel between multiple office locations. Candidates must have reliable transportation and feel comfortable traveling frequently between offices.
• What We're Looking For
• Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred
• Specialty experience is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
