Job description

You will receive a $3,000 retention bonus over the course of your first year with us if you are an LPN

Job Title: Charge Nurse

Location: Bethany Home Sioux Falls

Employment Shift: Part - Time (6PM - 10PM).

Starting Pay: LPN starting range $26 - $32(Compensation will be determined by set wage scale)

Shifts Available: Five 4 hour shifts each week (6PM - 10PM). Must be available every other weekend and holiday.

DAILY TASKS:

  • Supervise CNA, CMA, and Nurse Aide staff members in performing cares and administering medicine
  • Chart the progress of residents using PointClickCare
  • Check in with residents and ensure that any major changes in diet/activities/lifestyle is charted and brought to the right people
  • Form relationships with our residents
  • Strive to build a place where residents feel at home

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Licensed in the State of South Dakota.
  • Current CPR Certification
