This role is built for drivers who want a predictable weekly routine instead of long-haul uncertainty. You’ll run a defined Midwest network with consistent freight, shorter routes, and a schedule that gets you home every weekend.

Route setup

  • Freight lanes focused on OH, KY, IN, MI, and IL
  • Shorter runs with steady dispatch planning
  • Freight types include drop and hook, live load, and preloaded trailers

Earnings

  • Typical weekly income ranges from $1200 to $1500
  • Top earners reach up to $1800 with strong weekly output
  • Base pay starts at $0.56 CPM and increases up to $0.59 CPM
  • Extra compensation per load
  • $40 for short loads (under 150 miles)
  • $25 for mid-range loads (150–250 miles)
  • Additional earnings through performance-based incentives
