Maintenance Worker (Experienced) – Full-Time

Location: 7979 N. Eldridge Pkwy, Houston, TX 77041

Schedule Options:

  • Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch) – 39 hours/week
  • Part-Time: Flexible schedule (hours based on department needs)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Experienced Maintenance Worker to support daily operations and upkeep of the property. This role involves a mix of general maintenance, equipment operation, and customer interaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, drywall, tile, flooring, carpentry, and concrete work
  • Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Provide assistance to customers and vendors as needed
  • Safely operate equipment such as (experienced or certification is a plus but not required):
    • Forklifts
    • Golf carts
    • Scissor lifts
    • Tractors
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
  • Frequently bend, stoop, and lift up to 80 lbs
  • Walk long distances across the property
  • Climb heights up to 100 feet when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests

Qualifications
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
  • Experience in:
    • General maintenance or handyman work (required for experienced level)
  • Strong work ethic; punctual and dependable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
