Position Description: RN
BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Pre-Admission Testing team at Mease Dunedin Hospital.
The RN responsibilities include:
    • Independently caring for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
    • Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
    • Professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
    • Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned

    Qualifications:
    Certifications and Licensures:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
    • RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
    • ACLS Certification, if required by department
    • Nurse Specialty certification is preferred

    Education:
    • Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
    • Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred

    Experience:
    • 2 years of RN experience is required. At least one year of RN experience in pre-admission testing is preferred.
