Who We’re Looking For
  • Active RN license and eligibility to obtain Virginia state licensure (preference for CRNAs already licensed in VA)
  • Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Current NBCRNA certification or recertification
  • Minimum 1 year clinical experience as a CRNA; general/acute care, orthopedic, or endoscopy anesthesia experience preferred
  • Strong perioperative assessment skills, excellent communication, and ability to work in a collaborative anesthesia team
Responsibilities (CRNA & Anesthesia)
  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans for general, orthopedic, and endoscopy patients
  • Obtain and verify informed patient consent for anesthesia and clearly communicate anesthetic plans and risks
  • Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia across a variety of case types
  • Continuously monitor patients’ physiological status and implement appropriate clinical interventions
  • Collaborate with supervising MDs, surgeons, and perioperative staff to optimize patient outcomes and workflow
  • Document anesthesia care accurately in iPro and ensure compliance with facility protocols and quality metrics
