●      Compensation: $17-$25 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
●      Provide swim instruction.
●      Build effective, authentic relationships with students and parents.
●      Enforce safety rules and regulations.
●      Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
●      Interact with parents/guardians on the activities and development of 
        students’ swim skills.
●      Use problem solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve 
        challenges that students encounter.
●      Inspect pool areas before and after each class for possible maintenance, cleanliness or damage issues. Reports issues to management as appropriate.
●     Maintain and ensure proper storage of all pool equipment. Places and 
        removes lane lines.
●      Perform light cleaning duties such as window washing, pool 
         vacuuming, etc…
●      Attend mandatory meetings/training outside of regular working hours.
●      Weekday and weekend availability.
Qualifications:
●      Excellent communication and organizational skills
●      Enthusiastic Personality
●      16 years or older
●      No prior teaching experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and have fun is a must!
Certificates and Licenses: American Red Cross- Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required within 90 days of hire.  
 
Work Environment: Swim instructors spend the majority of their working time in the pool with students.
