Are you a night owl who is passionate about guest service? If so, we would love to talk to you about joining our Front Desk/Night Audit team at the beautiful Beauport Hotel Gloucester!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our hotel guests, including check-ins/checkouts, answering questions, answering phone calls, preparing reports and daily communication with other departments.

Salary range of $21-$22/hr with $500 bonus


EXPERIENCE

  • Hospitality/Guest Service: 1 year (Required)
  • Previous front desk and/or night audit experience highly preferred.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • The ability to work with efficiency, accuracy and full attention to detail.
  • A comfort level with computers is important, experience with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems is preferred.
  • The ability to work with little supervision and proactively problem-solve.
SCHEDULE
 
  • Overnight shift (10:00pm-6:00am)
  • Weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed

 WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Hotel property with 94 Guest Rooms
  • Work will primarily take place in front of house hotel areas, public spaces incl. lobby, and front desk areas.
  • Primarily solo work; including Group work as needed.
