Job Description:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 12+ Minimum Experience
  • 10+ years hands-on with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1): Rules/Feeders ,Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Strong understanding of banking/financial-services finance processes:
  • Predictive analytics in IBM TM1 limits advanced forecasting and automation for Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Improve version control and CI/CD , optimize operational risk and governance challenges
  • Handle modern data platforms and sustainable real-time capabilities
  • Budgeting & forecasting (Revenue/NII, NIM, OPEX, HC),
  • Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) & profitability allocation,
  • Balance sheet & liquidity planning, ALM concepts,
  • CECL/Provision drivers, RWA/capital planning basics (Basel/ICAAP), stress testing concepts (e.g., CCAR).
  • Solid SQL skills and experience with relational schemas and performance tuning.
  • Experience integrating with ERP/GL (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft), data warehouses/lakes,
  • Strong problem solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
