Xcite Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Window Tinter to support partner dealerships in Savannah, GA.

Job Description : This is a hands-on, production-based technician role responsible for professional installation of automotive window tint and PPF in a dealership environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of delivering consistent, high-quality installations while meeting daily production goals. This is not a supervisory or detailing position. This role is strictly for an experienced tint and film installer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional installation of automotive window tint and paint protection film (PPF)
  • Cut, shrink, and apply film using proper techniques to ensure clean, bubble-free results
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for proper film adhesion
  • Remove and replace existing tint or film as needed
  • Conduct self-quality inspections to ensure dealership-level finish standards
  • Maintain tools, materials, and workspace organization
  • Meet daily production and turnaround expectations
  • Follow all safety and company procedures
  • Safely move and operate vehicles during the installation process
  • Minimum 3 years of professional automotive window tinting experience
  • Proven ability to cut, shrink, and install film independently
  • Experience working in a dealership or high-volume automotive environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience installing ceramic films, PPF, or vinyl wraps
