Window Cleaning Technician - Paid Training | Monday-Friday

Fish Window Cleaning is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning Technicians. No window cleaning experience is necessary - we provide paid, hands-on training and teach you the skills needed to succeed.
Our technicians provide professional window cleaning and related services to commercial and residential customers throughout Southwest Florida. This is an active, hands-on position that's a great fit for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working at different locations throughout the day, and working both independently and as part of a team depending on the job.
Schedule
Monday-Friday | Daytime Hours
Our schedule varies depending on the jobs and routes scheduled each day. Technicians frequently work between approximately 5:00 AM and 4:00 PM, but daily start and finish times vary based on the day's route and workload.
• Primarily Monday-Friday
• Early morning start times may be required
• No nights
• Some holidays are optional
• Occasional Saturdays may be available or needed for larger projects, weather delays, or unfinished work
• Full-time, year-round work
• Part-time opportunities may also be available
Pay & Training
Paid training starts at $16.00 per hour
Once training is successfully completed, technicians transition to a commission-based compensation structure, giving you the opportunity to earn more as your skills, efficiency, and production increase.
Earning potential: approximately $16.00-$35.00+ per hour
Additional earning opportunities may include:

What You'll Do
• Professionally clean windows at commercial and residential properties
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Safely use ladders and professional window-cleaning equipment
• Travel between customer locations throughout the workday
• Work independently on some jobs and alongside a team on others
• Safely operate and care for a company-provided work vehicle
• Properly care for tools and equipment
• Represent Fish Window Cleaning professionally at every customer location
What We're Looking For
• Valid driver's license - required
• Reliable transportation to and from our Cape Coral office - required
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors in Southwest Florida
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Able to perform physical work throughout the day
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Willing to learn and improve
• Previous window cleaning or pressure washing experience is a plus, but not required - we provide paid training
Company vehicles are provided for use during the workday and are picked up and returned to our Cape Coral office each day
